was my original blog started elsewhere nearly two years ago. The name was chosen to reflect my lifelong interest in aviation. As an added bonus when I googled it at the time it came up with no hits, rather surprisingly!
Just over a year ago when it looked like I may be moving blog homes I started Flighty, which was what blog friends were calling me.

in admiration of James Stewart the man, the pilot and the actor.

Much as I enjoy blogging I also enjoy reading other interesting, informative blogs and commenting. The community spirit is important to me and is attained, and maintained, by linking with blog friends wherever they are.
